Leadership Development at Eagles' Cocoon is not about learning the theory of leadership, keenly studying the lives of our current and past leaders, or providing just enough inputs for change. We, rather, aim to bring a transformative change in the personalities as well as life vision of our participants.

Impact

With the end outcome being transformation, we firmly believe that the training pedagogy has to extend beyond theory, lectures or case study analysis. This is the reason why life at Eagles' Cocoon is demanding, yet enriching and is filled with a series of leadership challenges such that one learns leadership by experiencing the very challenges once faced by leaders in their lives.
